Is it possible to export/extract a selection list?

Hello,

I have been tasked with auditing a selection list that we have created in Onboarding that is used for licenses and certifications. I was wondering if there is an easy way to pull the entire list out so I can compare it more easily to the list that I have. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to do that?
