Source field in add a candidate

Hello,

in the candidate search when i add manually a candidate the system ask me to fill some information such name, surname, email etcc. I have also the possibility to insert the source. This field is a value list with standard information. i would like to rename that informaton for this field but in the recruiting lookup i'm not able to find the field.

Can you help me?
