Hi everyone,

We are in the process of setting up candidate purges and it does worry me.   We have requirements to initially purge candidates in the following countries, Netherlands (4 weeks) UK (6 mos) and Germany (3 mo).  I've set up the automated task to permanently delete for each country individually and then checked the criteria to:

• exclude internal candidates,
• exclude candidates who are actively in the selection process, and

Include candidates only if all requisitions associated to the submissions of that candidate have been closed (Filled or Canceled) or are in Deleted status and that the last one to be closed has been closed since: Not Specified1 day1 month3 months6 months1 year18 months2 years30 months3 years4 years5 years6 years7 years8 years9 years10 years
