Hello,

 

My organization uses VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and we run in to challenges with ADFDI every time we have updates on VDI.

It does not help that Oracle does not explicitly support VDI issues for desktop components like ADFDI and FRS (according to this article Supported Platforms for ADF Desktop Integration (Doc ID 2242428.1))

I just learned about a product called Oracle Secure Global Desktop. Oracle Secure Global Desktop enables users to remotely access data and applications in a data center or the cloud. 

Could this possibly be a solution to our ADFDI on VDI woes? I tried to read up on Oracle Secure Global Desktop, but could not find much information on what type of applications are supported or more specifically if ADFDI is supported.
