Discrepancies on the RUI from the Classic UI after the Talent Profile Upgrade

In the Classic UI before the Profile Upgrade, when you Navigate to Profiles -> Manage Profile Types and click on JOB, in the Edit Profile Type there are 2 tabs below. One is Workforce Structures and the other is Content Sections. That Workforce Structures tab disappears after the upgrade in the new Responsive UI. Why is that?? What is the reasoning behind the removal of the Workforce Structures tab on that page in the new UI? Has some type of functionality been removed?
