Looking for a list of section and fields for the create job requisition form

Hi Everyone, 

I am working on some analysis of current state job requisition forms (mostly in excel) to compare with our future state job requisition form in ORC. I would like to know the different seeded sections of the "Create Job Requisition" form and the fields that are available within each section. Can someone share that with me so I can complete my analysis?
