Hi all 

I was wondering if anyone has come across this issue before, I can't seem to locate an existing bug reference or any details held in knowledge/oracle documentation 

When our Learning Professionals click on the 'Learning Catalog' (My Client Groups - Learning), the 'Publish Start Date' usually defaults to today's date (both offering and course search tabs). However recently the date is defaulting to 28-07-2019 for all professional users. This started happening after an emergency weekly patch was deployed to resolve a P1 (critical) defect for a separate module.
