Hi everyone -  I'm attempting to create dynamic columns to support a merit matrix grid.  One group is by band (grade/level etc.), performance, and compa ratio.  The other is Department, Band, performance and compa ratio.  If you see below on the two types of calculations it works when I do the 650 and 600 from one and then 600 and 500 from the other.  The other don't so I am wondering if I have too many conditions.  One thing to note is that our bands are in a text field (no...
