Hi,

I'm trying to load the elements using HDL, Payroll element entry(DAT file). I've got a sample DAT file in "docs.oracle.com", but facing some issues related to rule code. I've not made any changes which was provided by Oracle, but still it doesn't work. 

Did anyone faced the similar issues or aware of any workaround. I've attached the error and as well sample file for reference.

Your help would be much appreciated.
