Report showing changes to key fields only

I have been asked to develop a report that will extract data changes only

Hi,

I have been asked to develop a scheduled report on based on the following fields:

Person Number, Person ID, Name, Primary Email,  Manager Name, Team, Job Title, Job Code, Job Family

The report should only show changes to this data e.g. If an employees Job Title changes then they should be included, if no one has

had any changes in the past month then they should be excluded.

Is it possible to build this in OTBI? I don't have BI Publisher knowledge which is why I ask.
