Succession and Talent Pools access for Line Managers 19D

We are using the new UI and I am struggling to give the Line Manager the access correct access.

In My Team > Show More > Career and Performance, I have two menu links for 'Add to Succession Plan' and two menu links to 'Add to Talent Pool' (see screen shot). I am struggling to work out which is the correct ones to use for the 19D responsive UI. 

Please assist urgently
