Upgrade to paid account not working.
SummaryCloud login still shows using free tier even though CC info entered.
Not sure where to go to get help here. I have upgraded my Oracle Cloud plan by entering a CC. Everything seems valid, no errors, and when I click the upgrade link it simply takes me to my CC card info page and says the card is being used for billing. However, I am still getting "Upgrade" messages and the features I am trying to get working (email) are still grayed out.
