Accounts and Contacts Visibility
I am new to Sales Cloud and trying to understand how the record visibilty works in engagement cloud.
- Can all the Accounts and Contacts be accessed by the Sales Reps in an Oragnaization [ours is a single BU implementtaion, but would like to understand the restrictions in multi bu scenarios as well ] ?
- There are 2 Owner fields in Contact, what's the purpose of thsese (SalesAccountOwner,OwnerPartyName) ? Does the Owner field on Contact drive the visibilty of records ?
