Hello!

We currently have CX (CRM) on GSI (Global Single Instance) enabled PODs and are in the initial discussions of implementing a global ERP Financial system. What are the pros/cons of having both ERP and CX in the same GSI in regards to the below topics?

  • Security Administration
  • Configuration / code deployment
  • Integration
  • Patches
  • System performance
