Letter creation for classroom attendance

edited Jan 31, 2020 11:52PM in Learning

Summary

Keen to hear from anybody who has implemented letters as a way of notifying learners of upcoming classroom trainings?

Content

We have a scenario where some learners (always the 5%!) do not want to receive an email notificaiton or alert notifying them of an upcoming classroom training activity.

Can I be clear that there has been a valiant attempt to have them receive emails but this is no.

Keen to hear from anybody who may have previoulsy implemented a solution whereby letter templates have been created detailing the classroom and training information for the learner to recive by post, and perhaps some of the challenges to consider.
