RUI - HR to publish Organization goal for whole company on behalf of CEOContent
Our Client HR's create and publish the organization goals on behalf of CEO and that gets easily accessible to all of employee under the hierarchy.
Now in RUI, Organization goal is placed under Performance Goal Plan and we need to check "Organization Goal" check box to mark respective goal.
I see we can upload goals using Goals.dat but this seems difficult.
1. Is it possible upload organization goal on behalf of CEO? if YES --> Can we upload it using HSDL/Worksheet?
2. Goals loaded via HDL are not visible on UI. HDL file attached.
