Exclusion Rule on Salary Information

Hello Guys,

We need to understand if it is possible to have a role that allows HR to see the personal data of all other HR in their BU, but that prevents them from viewing the salary information of these colleagues.

So, We want to realize a role that have the possibility to exclude the salary information only for HR workers. Is It possible to make? Are there some guidelines that we could use in order to realize it?
