Employee should not access the content section

Hi All,

I have created a content section and I want particular employees can access this content section. So I have added employees in content access and I have view access to all employee, but only Application Administrator has view and Edit access.

But when an employee is login and they are able to edit the content section item that should not be.

Please help me to understand my mistake.
