Contact Name Effective date after Contact Start Effective Date

Name Dependent Name is not showing because the effective date is 2 months past the Contact Start Effective Date.

We noticed that we had a retroactive enrollment where a contact was added to benefits coverage, however there was no name associated with the contact.  On further refer, the actual name effective start date(person info.) was 12/1 whereas the contact effective start date (relationship information) was 10/1.  I can update the contact effective start date, but I'm unable to change the name effective start date.  How would I correct from 12/1 to 10/1?
