Hi,

I've brought this up before but I need to bring it up again because I am just baffled by the amount of issues I receive on this topic. 

I get about 20 inquiries a day on users that are having issues resetting their password for the career section. The issue doesn't necessarily seem to be with receiving the password reset e-mail, but the funky temporary character code that is provided. Users constantly receive errors that the user name is not valid (even though it is) or the password is invalid - after multiple attempts. 

I will admit that I believe most of the time it's user error. I say this because I will pull up the e-mail that was sent to the candidate and I'll have no issue logging in. Usually I'll just create the perm password on the candidate's behalf and that USUALLY works - not always. Sometimes they still have issues. I know that certain browsers, such as chrome or firefox, can cause an issue because of the saved password feature. I always mention this, as well as clearing their browser's history/cookies/cache or trying on a different browser, a different computer, etc. Even after
