Global Transfer end dating previous assignment tax calculation cards causing payroll run errors

We are facing an issue that transfers between the legal entity in the united states causes the previous assignment calculation card to get end dated. Because it is getting end dated it causing errors in payroll runs or while running quickpay we are getting java null pointer errors. Is there any way to not end date the previous tax calculation card.
