Making Changes to Standard Notification Templates

Summary

Is there a delay between a customized BIPublisher report and the workforce Notifications?

Content

Hello Experts!

We've recently started venturing into changing some of the standard notifications. We've customized the template using the BIPublisher screens, we've created a copy of the data model and updated the template to use the new customized data model. We were able to run the report within the catalog and see the new changes we'd made to the template and sub-templates.

When we ran the notifications, it appears that the changes to the data model didn't apply. The template and subtemplate changes are there but the new column value is missing. We tried clearing the BI Publisher Cache and the OTBI cache.

Howdy, Stranger!
