Approver is not able to see and approve the job requisition

What privileges the approver needed to approve the job requisiiton?

Hi,

I configured the approval workflow for the job requisition but when the notification arrives to the approver, he is not able to see and approve the requisition?

I have already added to the user a custom hiring manager role. Do I need to add to the user also any specific privileges?
