Deep linking to S&Q page - is it possible?

Hi all,

We have a business requirement to provide a deep link to all employees so they could access their own Skills and Qualifications page directly via that link - has anyone done something similar? If it's not possible to deep link directly to the S&Q page, would it be possible to deep link to the Careers and Performance landing page instead? We are just trying to figure out ways to reduce the # of clicks employees have to go through when viewing and updating their profiles.

If all else fails, would it be possible to rename the Skills and Qualifications icon to be something else on the Careers and Performance landing page? For example, "Talent Profile" instead?
