Users are getting an "Unable to process request" error when attempting to run FR Reports over the web in PDF output format via either the Reports card or the custom navigation flows (e.g. Department Budget or Department Forecast cards). Users are still able to run FR Reports to both the HTML and Excel output formats. Service Administrators are not impacted by this error and can run any FR Report in all three output formats (i.e. PDF, HTML, and Excel).

We filed an SR with Oracle (SR 3-22286391731) for this issue and wondering if anyone else has encountered this?
