On Expense Report or Cash advance request approval from auditor, end user receives no email notification


Workflow notifications keep the end user informed each step of the way, from the report submission to additional information request and manager approval.

In this rich and complete context, the fact that audit completion doesn't generate any notification seems like a flaw in the process.

Indeed, all options available to the auditor (Request more information, ask for another approval or reject) do trigger an email notification. The simple approval doesn't, though it is an event of importance as it sends the signal that the report or cash advance request are now in position to be paid and entering the payment process.
