Hi Team,

Our client has a requirement to find out the candidate's credit score before creating an offer for a candidate. These task of finding the credit score and various validation/approvals/decision to move forward with the candidate is handled by a single person.

In Taleo, we were handling this by creating a task and assigning it that specific person and based on the conditions - candidate profile would either move ahead or the candidate is dropped. The process would be triggered before offer.

Now in ORC - we were thinking to do that as a phase and step, but the issue is to give that employee access to only specific phase and states and not to any other phases. We cannot add him as a collaborator because then he will have access to everything.
