Section missing from Career Development page

Trying to figure out how to unhide sections on Career Development page

Content

Hi,

         In running the setup for the Career Development and Skills and Qualifications pages, we are still missing several categories, like Career Statement, Skills, and Education.  They are all marked as Visible in HCM Experience Design Studio, but when navigating to the screen, they are not visible.  When I use Page Composer, I can pull up the hidden areas, and in Show Component, it has the following EL Expression:

#{hcmRulesConfig['/oracle/apps/hcm/careerDevelopment/core/ui/page/DevGoalsHome.jsff']['csRgn'].visible}

Seems like this would be tied to a setup option that still needs to be turned on somewhere, but I cannot figure out what we haven't already touched.  Does anyone have any ideas where to look or what option might be causing them to remain hidden?

Howdy, Stranger!
