Would like the ability to stop Hiring Managers from accepting eOffers on behalf of the Candidates

Content

We would like to suggest a new setting in the security set up to prevent a Hiring Manager from accepting a Candidates eOffer instead of the Candidate accepting for themselves. Currently there is not way for this to occur. Does anyone else have this issue? What are your workarounds?
