Im trying to achieve sending a email from APEX application running at ATP Cloud Database (Always Free under "India West (Mumbai)" region).

As Email Delivery service is not available for my region, Im trying to Subscribe new region where Email Delivery service is available now.

But getting below Limits, Quotas and Usage error when I try to subscribe new region.

Please someone helps me to subscribe new region as my account still has Trail Days with Credit Limit.
