how to hide field Information about the referred person in Agent page from candidate history?

Hello,

In Carter section ,agents , there is a field called “ Information about the referred person “. We would like this field to not be viewed in the history field of the candidate. Meaning - in the recruiting ->candidate - history tab.
I managed to hide from fields the history by clicking on the field ‘edit properties’ but not for this field.
