Attempting to use the Cancel Action, but getting 'WRONG_CONFIGURATION - UNKNOWN LABEL"

Trying to setup a Message Scenario to Cancel any 'Pending' Activities of a particular type (EG: Internal Only). However, constantly facing the same message failure:

The message itself is setup as per the Oracle Documentation:

Has anyone else faced this and managed to resolve it?
