Import Autoinvoice doesn't generate AR invoice

Content

I created a subscription with an extended warranty product and start date as 2019-11-01.

After I run the ess job 'Import Autoinvoice' with transaction type of ORA_Subscriptions. I see the following error in the output for ESS 'Import AutoInvoice: Execution Report'

The rule start date provided must generate accounting dates in open or future-enterable periods because of the transaction source. (2019-11-01)

It seems like accounting period is closed for the past months. Any idea how to fix this?
