Sharing of goals

Trigger of Workflow when sharing goals

Content

Hi

We have switched to the new UX in 19D/20A in our environment.

Now, when an employee tries to share a goal, it generates an approval workflow and the screen shows a msg, implying that there is a change in goal as visible in screenshot below.

This is really confusing for the employees, as sharing of goals was very seamless in earlier versions.

Is there a way for us to restore earlier scenario, when employee could share their goals without triggering an approval workflow?
