Multi Cost Centre Parallel and hierarchy approval

We have a scenario in which we need to raise a multi line requisition with multiple cost centres.

The approval must follow a managerial hierarchy and approval limits are set by job level.

Currently we have the rules sitting in the post approval header hierarchy stage with serial routing.

The rules work however they are triggered line by line.

I.e. line 1 - Approve 1 -> Approver 2 -> line 2 - Approver 1 -> approver 2

This causes delays because unless line 1 has complete approval, then line 2 is unable to action anything.

Is there any way of firing off in parallel AND maintaining a hierarchy? i.e. approver 2 should only be called upon when approver 1 has approved but each line can be independently seek approvals without waiting for the previous line to complete its approval path.
