We want to add excel attachments on some of our alerts

Hi Dear experts,

We're configuring Probation Period alerts for managers in order to evaluate their employees' at specific time periods. And we want to attach an excel file into our alerts however we can not find the way of upload it. 

Did anyone try it before smtg like that?
