TSS Geolocation search radius filter disablement

Are there options to either include jobs >100 miles or disable the filter?

We thought that we had turned off the radius filter that I am attaching in a screenshot, but now I'm not completely sure that we had or if a new change has mandated it to now be enabled. 

Is there a way to enable geolocation but to not require a restriction of the radius to one of the options? I don't seem to be able to disable the search radius filter as a user performing a search and as an admin, I only see an option to allow users to toggle the units (mi/km).  The user would need to override their detected location with a manual location entry?
