Hello,

Is there a way to review applicant resumes directly on ORC site, versus having to download them to our computer? I'm noticing this additional step is leading to significant delays in reviewing and adjudicating applicants. In addition, there are several further steps needed to email the applicant directly in ORC, again slowing productivity. 

I've included a photo from another ATS, Greenhouse, that shows what I'm inquiring about. I'm hoping we this is just a function my company hasn't turned on yet.
