Voluntary Deduction - STOP_ENTRY rule not working Voluntary Deduction and Element Entry end date

Content

Hi,

Need some advise,

Created the Voluntary deduction element as Assignment Level, After the amount completely recovered, expected the Voluntary element entry against assignment expected to be end dated automatically after final month recovery , but that is not happening with the seeded formulas

Ex: Travel Card

Amount 20

Total Owed 40

Recovery Periods 2

Deduction element entry started JAN-2020,

Quick Pay JAN-2020 - Recovery done in JAN-2020 - Travel Card Results 20

Quick Pay FEB-2020 - Recovery done in FEB-2020 - Travel Card Results 20 -- It has reached the Total Owed complete recovered, so I have expected the 'Travel Card' element entry should be end dated as of 29-FEB-2020.
