How can an employee get a reminder email if they don't submit their time card in time ?

Using a Projects only setup in OTL.  How to setup to send reminder email to user to submit timecards.

Is there any seeded process that can be used or Do we have to use Fast Formula?

I have gone through the doc, but need guidance with a sample or example for this. Fusion Time and Labor: Reminder Email For Employee To Submit Time Card In Time (Doc ID 2234430.1)
