How to update compensation plan pay adjustments when more managers work simultaneously on it

Hello experts,

our customer raised an issue. In case of lower and higher managers simultaneously work on the same plan and the do not save changes, is there a way to update in real time pay adjustments so as both of them can work on updated values so as to avoid useless rework?
