Need to report on hires, terminations, promos, transfers between sub-departments

I need to produce a monthly report showing key assignment events and movement between sub-departments (custom field on assignment record)

I have a requirement where I need to produce monthly reports showing head count activity, summarized by sub-department. The key assignment events are:

• Hires (and rehires)
• Terminations
• Promotions
• Transfers between sub-department
• (+ Starting and Ending HC values)

We are going to create a custom flexfield on the assignment level to track these sub-departments. I'm building the analysis now using the following subject areas:

• Workforce Management - Workforce Trend Real Time
• Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time

I found the starting/ending HC in the workforce trend SA, and some standard measures for # of hires, terminations, promotions, and 'transfers in' in the assignment event SA.
