Unlike personal goals, we noticed that it is not possible to Share organization goals. They are automatically shared with direct/indirect reports, and if someone wants to share them outside their hierarchy to collaborate upon those goals, it is not possible to do so. I understand this is the expected functionality, however, would like to understand from others if you are also facing similar challenge and have found a workaround, or any other way to handle such scenarios?
