Drill Down/Link to Candidate Profile

Has anyone figured out how drill down/deep link directly to a candidates' profile? I can get to a requisition or to the Candidate Search page but I cannot get directly to the candidate. 

I have tried using fscmUI/faces/deeplink?objType=IRC_RECRUITING and fscmUI/faces/deeplink?objType=IRC_RECRUITER_CAND_SEARCH with all of the parameter combinations I can think of but nothing seems to be working. 

We are going live in a month and have very high volume application submissions. There isn't a way to search for a candidate using their email address or candidate number (other than directly in the requisition) or to sort by these fields so we need a way to utilize analytics and dashboards to maintain efficiencies.
