Hi,
When i run Reprocess Installed Base Updates in subscription for sales order (of standard warranty, or extended warranty use cases), i always get this error,
The covered asset can't be updated because the record is locked for asset transaction type 'Customer asset creation'.
Any idea how to fix this?
