HCM Extract does not generate CSV Output

Hello, I am new to HCM extracts but can successfully generate an RTF with a table for First Name, Last Name for all the records in our HCM Cloud Service (20A). However, I can't succeed in generating anything if I add a delivery option for CSV. What could possibly be going wrong given that this is such a simple extract and requires very few parameters?
