Assign segment values to Legal entity/ Ledger

Is this is enabled then inter-company will not work ?

If the Assign BSV to legal entity or ledger, then only the assigned company value appears in the transaction in the same ledger.

If we want to enable intercompany we must remove the assignment?

because of in this i cannot do DR & CR for two different  BSV
