Ingest files to WebCenter Content WCC or UCM

Summary

How to override an existing content/file in WebCenter. any configuration?

Scenario:

we are using "GenericSoapPort" SOAP WebService to ingest files to WebCenter (WCC or UCM).

We are able to CHECKIN the file "File1.txt" successfully using "CHECKIN_NEW" or "CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL" as IdcService

We want to override the "File1.txt" upon another CHECKIN (it could be that new version was released etc)

We could SEARCH for the file and DELETE it then do another checkin, but this requires extra effort/time-consuming.

Q: is there a configuration to WCC/UCM that we can do, or an Operation with related Payload to override an existing file while  "CHECKIN_NEW" or "CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL"
