Assigning Agents to the requisition on different timings.

I selected 2 agents for the requisition, then clicked Invite Agents button. I received a pop-up warning message  "You're about to use staffing agents to submit candidates for this job requisition. Do you want to continue?".  I clicked the Yes button.  The 2 agents were successfully added and they received email  about 'Request to Submit Candidate'.

After 10 minutes, I decided to add another agent making it a total of 3 agents for the requisition.  After selecting a new agent for the requisition, the Invite Agents button does not displays; however the newly added agent received also an email about the 'request to submit candidate'
