Looking for feedback on how you handle I-9 fields that the new hire leaves blank

Content

Hi,

We are looking for feedback on how other companies handle fields on the I-9 that the new hire doesn't fill in.  Do you use TCC or an automated process to insert "N/A" into any fields left blank?  Do you make all fields required and instruct the new hire to enter "N/A" when not applicable?

Thank you for your feedback!

Sue
